The system currently supports Internet Explorer (IE) 4.0 and above and NS 4.51 and above.
DrillingInfo strongly encourages you to upgrade to IE 5.5 or higher.
IE4.0 is slow and has security problems. IE5.0 has printer bugs and security problems.
To upgrade, go to Tools | Windows Update. This will take you to the Microsoft site. Then choose Product Updates.
Note: The system currently DOES NOT support all application or ISP related web browsers such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows Explorer, AOL, Safari, etc... , you may be able to access the DI web application though these web browsers but you will experience lack of functionality in many areas of the Drillinginfo site.
Settings For Internet Explorer 5.0 and above
Go to Tools | Internet Options | Security. Choose the Internet Zone. You must have one of the following settings:
Set the security to Default Level and choose Medium or
Go to Custom settings.
Make sure Active Scripting is set.
Make sure all cookie settings are enabled
Javascript must be working.
